Position Objective
Provides dependable frontline support that is accurate, courteous, and timely. The role executes core service processes, promotes digital and self‑service usage, and ensures documentation quality. The role is responsible for continuously upskilling self as a New Business Ambassador and Healthcare Ambassador through centrally managed training and proactive self‑learning.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Receive and process inquiries, requests, and documentation with accuracy and care, using approved scripts and knowledge resources to provide reliable information and resolve straightforward issues at first contact.
- Support new business documentation and follow‑ups by checking required forms and proofs, guiding Life Planners and customers on missing items, recording actions, and escalating complex requirements promptly to senior staff.
