Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general office support such as typing, filing, copying, and answering phone calls
- Capture and update warehouse information accurately on the system (ERP/SAP)
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes when required
- Order office supplies, refreshments, and small tools
- Assist staff with queries and follow up on outstanding matters
- Maintain proper document filing and record keeping
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times
- Report risks, losses, damages, or incidents to management
- Assist with basic customer and employee queries when required
- Support cost control by reducing waste, loss, and damage
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Up to 2 years experience in an administration or clerical role
