Libertatem Healthcare are seeking to recruit Brain Injury Support Workers for our Male client in his 30’s who is living in Stoke-on-Trent.

Hours - Part-time
Monday-Sunday

10am-6pm

Looking for someone part time for (3 x days per week)

£14.70 – £16.80

Responsibilities
· Supporting our client to access the community
· Providing encouragement and motivation
· Attending appointments
