Libertatem Healthcare is seeking to recruit *Due to our clients needs* an experienced Brain Injury Support Worker.

Our client lives alone and he is looking for support from a happy and proactive character to assist him into the community and who likes football, and someone who is more of a buddy than a support worker.

Hours - part-time

2 days a week ( weekdays )

4 hrs on Saturdays ( 6hrs )

Responsibilities

· Assisting the client into community
- Assisting the client with activities including football games
