Lead domestic BPS sales growth with a strong hunter mindset, driving new logo acquisition and large enterprise deal closures.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute a multi‑year sales roadmap for India market dominance.
• Prospect and convert high‑value logos across BFSI, Insurance, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, and Government.
• Pitch solutions in Customer Experience Management, BPM (Healthcare RCM, F&A, HRO), and Digital Transformation.
• Build CXO relationships, mentor national sales teams, and drive performance through KPIs and incentives.
• Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and cross‑functional alignment.
