Oversee daily operations to meet and exceed SLAs, KPIs, and performance goals through effective team management, coaching, and process improvements.
Collaborate with support teams (e.g., Recruitment, Training, Quality, HR) to enhance employee performance, retention, and adherence to company policies.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and root cause analyses to address gaps, improve productivity, and ensure compliance with security and attendance standards.
Bachelor’s Degree holder (any course)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Operations Supervisor
Must have people management experience (direct reports are Team Leader level)
Experienced in handling Health/Life Insurance campaign
