Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and mentor the operations team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture through regular training and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance operational effectiveness and proactively resolve process bottlenecks.
• Oversee the allocation of manpower, hardware, software, and office space to ensure uninterrupted business continuity.
• Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess operational health and interface with stakeholders regarding Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and warehouse departments while maintaining strong relationships with external vendors.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Delivery Management within a PEO (Professional Employer Organization) setting.
