- Maintain brand standards, visual merchandising, and operational excellence
- Analyse sales performance and implement action plans for continuous improvement

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Boutique Manager or Senior Store Manager within luxury retail
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development and coaching
