Key Responsibilities - Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals.
- Drive commercial performance through strategic planning, daily coaching, and close monitoring of team sales behaviours.
- Implement and lead elevated, personalized one-on-one sales ceremonies tailored to high‑net‑worth clients and collectors.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities including networking events, concierge partnerships, and private clienteling initiatives.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build, manage, and nurture a dynamic and loyal client database with a strong focus on VIP clientele.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of individual clients’ preferences, history, and lifestyle to anticipate needs and drive repeat business.
- Organize and host exclusive events and private appointments to strengthen client engagement and loyalty.
