Position Overview
Responsibilities - Oversee daily boutique operations ensuring a seamless and elevated client experience
- Drive sales performance, profitability, and achievement of KPIs
- Lead, coach, and motivate a small retail team to deliver exceptional service
- Build strong long-term relationships with clients and drive clienteling initiatives
- Maintain high visual merchandising and operational standards across the boutique
- Manage scheduling, stock awareness, and overall store performance
- Take a hands-on approach across all aspects of the business, supporting where needed
Qualifications - Strong experience in luxury retail, ideally within womenswear or fashion
- Proven track record in driving sales and boutique performance
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and inspire a team
- A hands-on, start-up mindset with the ability to adapt in a smaller business environment
