Summary
Leads all aspects of the boutique's strategic vision for the Vancouver market, including client experience, talent development, sales strategy, operational excellence and merchandising. Acts as the brand ambassador, accountable for sales and CRM objectives while fostering team collaboration and culture. Holds P&L responsibility and ensures compliance with inventory and operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute boutique business plans, clienteling and marketing strategies to grow the local customer base.
- Recruit, train, coach and retain sales team; set objectives and conduct regular evaluations.
- Drive sales performance through coaching, CRM management and active client engagement.
