Independent responsibilities for end-to-end internship recruitment program at plant, employee development, HR reporting and other fields of interest.
Support and follow up both internal & external employer branding activities and project tasks including managing job posting, holding plant tours and job fair events, seminars in institutes (college, university, etc..), contacting vendors and claiming expenses.
Fully in charge of data entry task: new hires, candidate information, employee database, health checkup.
Other tasks ad hoc tasks as assigned by TA supervisor & HRBP.
Qualifications
Last year students (major in English, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Foreign Trade or Accounting).
Good English and Vietnamese communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
