Position Overview
Key Responsibilities - Deliver construction materials, including drywall bundles, to job sites
- Perform daily safety inspections in compliance with regulations
- Comply with driving hours and load regulations
- Operate the boom truck and hydraulic system safely during deliveries
- Report any vehicle issues or required repairs to your supervisor
- Follow instructions from dispatch and management
- Provide excellent customer service (punctuality, site cleanliness, professionalism)
- Maintain respectful and professional communication with customers, colleagues, and the public
- Complete daily logs and required paperwork
Qualifications & Requirements - 0 to 2 years of experience as a driver
- Valid Class 1 and/or Class 3 driver’s license
- Experience delivering construction materials (an asset)
