Position Overview
Job Summary: Responsible for supporting, planning, organizing, and assisting the VP for Career Development with the implementation of Goodwill’s BookWorks program, and will focus on day-to-day administrative needs and operations supporting established and future BookWorks services.
Coordinates volunteer activities directly for the BookWorks program in the BookWorks service area.Ensures that the respective book rooms are operational and have sufficient inventory of books to expeditiously respond to the needs of the programProvides screening, communication, intake, orientation, training, scheduling, record keeping, and tracking of volunteers in the BookWorks service area.Works collaboratively, as directed, with Fund Development to develop, create and schedule volunteer events and activities in the regional BookWorks service area with the intent of gaining support through education and relationship building.Maximizes the use of social m...
