Job Responsibilities - Supervise and support daily retail store operations
- Lead and motivate retail staff to achieve service standards
- Ensure excellent customer service and smooth store experience
- Handle cashiering, stock replenishment, and inventory checks
- Assist with merchandising and store presentation
- Manage opening & closing duties and daily reporting
- Train and guide new team members
