This role focuses mainly on packing, order fulfilment, inventory handling, and warehouse‑related tasks in a bookstore environment.

Packing & Order Fulfilment (Core Role)

• Pick and pack customer and school orders
• Verify Chinese book titles accurately against order lists
• Prepare parcels for delivery and courier collection
• Ensure accuracy and proper handling of outgoing stock

Inventory & Stock Handling

• Receive and unload incoming shipments
• Shelve, label, and organise books in storage areas
• Assist with stock‑taking and inventory checks
