Our client in San Diego, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support daily accounting operations and help maintain accurate financial records. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, hands-on bookkeeping experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly recorded
+ Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
+ Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts
+ Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close activities
+ Manage invoicing, billing, and collections support
+ Assist with payroll processing and related recordkeeping
+ Generate financial reports and support internal reporting needs
