The Bookkeeper will handle the financial statements and will also process accounts payable and accounts receivables for several entities. Responsibilities:

- Outline Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits

- Maintain accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

- Develop a well-organized system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures

- Oversee and manage general ledger

- Arrange financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

- Sustain collections of historical records by organizing documents
