Description
Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented contract-to-permanent Bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and assisting with reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounting tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
+ Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
+ Reconcile bank, credit card, and other balance sheet accounts
+ Prepare and post journal entries
+ Assist with payroll processing and related recordkeeping
+ Generate financial reports for management review
