Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support a financial planning office in Miami, Florida. This is a Contract position based in a detail-oriented, small-team environment where the selected candidate will help maintain accurate financial records and provide dependable administrative support. The role is well suited for someone who is organized, comfortable working independently, and able to communicate effectively in English, with bilingual Spanish skills considered an advantage.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily bookkeeping activities by recording transactions accurately and keeping financial records up to date.
• Process incoming payments and vendor invoices while maintaining organized accounts receivable and accounts payable workflows.
