Part-Time Bookkeeper (Xero) – Luxury Skincare Clinic West London
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join a prestigious skincare and aesthetics business based in West,London.
This is a part-time position working 3 days per week on an initial 4-month contract, with the opportunity to become a permanent role for the right candidate.
* Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping processes
* Process supplier invoices, payments, and expense claims
* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
* Assist with credit control
* Perform bank reconciliations on xero
* Assist with month-end reporting and reconciliations
* Support VAT returns and other statutory reporting requirements
* Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
* Provide ad hoc finance and administrative support as required
