📌 QuickBooks Bookkeeper– Full-Time/Permanent, Onsite


Location: local to Madison, Connecticut

Compensation: 60,000-75,000, depending on experience

A small manufacturing company is seeking an experienced QuickBooks Bookkeeper to join their team onsite. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and is looking for someone with experience in the manufacturing field or related!


On a day-to-day basis, this role will be responsible for:

+ Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries

+ Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable

+ Bank and credit card reconciliations

+ Prepare monthly financial statements and reports

+ Support outside CPA/accountant with year-end close and tax preparation

+ Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
