Position Overview
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial operations for an organization based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can manage core accounting activities with accuracy, maintain organized records, and contribute to reliable financial reporting. The role offers the opportunity to work across bookkeeping, invoicing, and administrative finance functions while helping the team stay on top of budgets, reporting deadlines, and account activity.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily bookkeeping activity, including recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate accounting records.
• Process invoices, monitor incoming and outgoing payments, and follow up on outstanding balances to support healthy cash flow.
• Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks with a high level of accuracy and timeliness.
