We are seeking a self‑motivated, responsible, and detail‑oriented Full‑Charge Bookkeeper to join our fast‑growing firm. We provide comprehensive bookkeeping, payroll, and QuickBooks training services to a wide variety of clients, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a client‑focused, service‑oriented environment. This is an in office position in Kalispell MT.


What You’ll Do

+ Perform monthly bookkeeping and account reconciliations for multiple clients

+ Process payroll for clients with varying schedules

+ Prepare quarterly payroll tax filings across multiple states

+ Complete year‑end closing processes for assigned clients

+ Assist in building tax workpapers for client engagements
