Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper to support our day-to-day financial operations, with a primary focus on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. This role is responsible for entering and processing vendor bills, generating and sending customer invoices, managing accounting inboxes, and ensuring timely and accurate handling of payments and collections. The Bookkeeper plays a key role in maintaining organized financial records and supporting smooth cash flow operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, accurate, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This individual will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve billing questions, reconcile accounts, and support month-end activities.
