Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, reconciling accounts, and generating financial reports to support the overall operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets
- Provide support for monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data
