Description
Robert Half is seeking skilled and reliable bookkeepers to work with our clients in the Eugene area. Successful candidates will have a strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. They should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle tasks promptly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Maintain and balance the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner
+ Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing, coding, and processing payments
+ Perform account receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition
+ Prepare payroll reports and handle all payroll activities for employees
+ Coordinate bank deposits and report financial results on a regular basis to management
+ Conduct monthly reconciliation of every bank account
