Seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our client's team in Columbia, South Carolina. In this role, you will manage a variety of financial tasks across multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all bookkeeping operations. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and a solid background in QuickBooks, financial management and ideally client services accounting.
Responsibilities:
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes for multiple clients, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and issue invoices, ensuring billing is completed in accordance with client requirements.
• Conduct bank reconciliations regularly to verify financial data and resolve discrepancies.
