Position Overview
- Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and ledgers.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Associateβs degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance (advantageous).
