Job Title: BookkeeperJob Description
This role provides comprehensive bookkeeping support for a small nonprofit office, with a strong focus on accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. The bookkeeper processes a high volume of invoices, manages biweekly payroll for a large employee base using Paylocity, and maintains accurate financial records in QuickBooks and Excel while supporting staff in the field.
Responsibilities
+ Process approximately 50 accounts payable invoices each week with accuracy and timeliness.
+ Manage accounts payable activities, including invoice entry, coding, verification, and payment processing.
+ Handle accounts receivable functions, including contacting vendors and processing incoming invoices and payments.
+ Administer biweekly payroll for approximately 153 employees using Paylocity, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
