Position Overview
We are looking for a full-time Bookkeeper / Accountant to join our client, an Australia-based organisation. This role focuses on day-to-day bookkeeping and financial administration, including invoicing, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Key Responsibilities
Finance
- Maintain accurate financial records, including client invoicing, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Prepare monthly journals such as prepayments, accruals, and other adjustments as required
- Perform daily bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements
Administration & Business Support
- Maintain internal systems in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
