A well-established environmental charity is seeking a Part-Time Financial Administrator / Bookkeeper to support its day-to-day financial operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a flexible, one-day-per-week role within a purpose-driven organisation.
The Role
You will take responsibility for managing the charityβs financial administration and supporting general office activities. Key duties include:
* Maintaining financial records using QuickBooks (or similar software)
* Processing payroll and managing invoices and payments
* Assisting with the preparation of annual accounts alongside external accountants
* Providing general office and administrative support as needed
* Offering occasional support at events (e.g. AGM)
