We're looking for: An organised, people-focused and commercially minded Bookings & Events Manager to join the Dodo team! Dodo Pub Co is an independent pub group built around brilliant food, great drinks and neighbourhood spaces people genuinely want to spend time in. Across our pubs, workspaces and events, we're all about creating places that bring communities together. From award‑winning burgers and Neapolitan pizzas to busy pub gardens, Christmas parties and workspace memberships, we're passionate about creating experiences people come back for. Based out of Bottle of Sauce and Dodo Works, you'll be responsible for managing large group bookings, private hire, meeting rooms and events across the Dodo estate. This isn't an admin role.
