Job Description:

The BOOKING AGENT is responsible for contacting potential or existing customers by phone to promote products or services, generate leads, and secure sales appointments or transactions. The role requires strong communication skills, persuasion, and the ability to maintain positive customer relationships while meeting sales targets.



Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with executives & marketing for campaign alignment

• Update and maintain lead information in CRM or tracking tools

• Ensure accurate documentation of call and campaign results

• Make outbound cold calls/ follow ups to potential clients
