Prepare the bill of materials (BOM) for sample goods.Create a costing sheet and input the information from the BOM, including chemical calculations and labor hours estimates.Coordinate with the purchasing department to obtain and compare prices from different suppliers.Analyze the cost, compare it with the target, and suggest changes in specifications to improve the cost.Update the estimated labor time and chemical usage in the BOM.Prepare a costing summary and share it with the commercial team.Get the material price, compare it, finalize it, and update it in the system.Review and update the labor and overhead cost ratesRequirements:
