Now Hiring a Body Shop Customer Service Representative (CSR)!
Schedule: Mon-Friday 8 am – 5 pm
Our state-of-the-art Collision Center is looking for a Customer Service Representative, or CSR, who thrives on providing an excellent customer experience. Do problem-solving skills come naturally to you? Are you confident enough to resolve customer complaints? Our target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquires and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
+ Maintain positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
+ Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
+ Communicating with customers through various channels.
+ Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
+ Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
