Boarding Agent (Maritime Operations)

 

We are seeking a Boarding Agent to join our client's team full-time in the East Bay Port System of CA. As a Boarding Agent, you will be responsible for coordinating vessel activities, managing communication between stakeholders, and ensuring all documentation and regulatory requirements are completed efficiently throughout each port call.



Schedule: Varies based on operations; on-call rotations may include evenings, weekends (current rotation is one weekend per month).

Full-time, direct hire (not a temporary position)



Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate vessel arrivals, berthing, and departures with port authorities and relevant agencies
