Minimum 3‑year term (September 2026 to September 2029). Serve on at least one Board Committee, typically virtual (approx. 1/month). The Board meets once per month on the third Monday of the month at 6 PM. Meetings alternate between in‑person/remote (option to join virtually). In‑person meetings are held at our head office in Mississauga. One half‑day Board Development meeting in July/August.
The Board of Directors is the governing body of CDRCP and is accountable to all funders and stakeholders. The Board shall have supervision and direction of the affairs of CDRCP; actively pursue CDRCP’s mission; determine its policy within the limits of the law, Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation; and supervise disbursement of funds. The Board develops the CDRCP strategic plan in collaboration with the senior leadership team and sets direction for the organization.
