Job Purpose
• To ensure that the bank and its directors operate and correspond with law
Responsibilities
• Assist the Board in complying with the constitution of the bank and any relevant enactments
• Provide administrative support for the Board by ensuring that minutes of meetings of shareholders committees and directors are properly recorded in the form required by Act 992
• Maintain all statutory registers, books and records of the bank
• Ensure that the Annual Financial statement of the Bank is dispatched to persons entitled to the statement as required by Act 992
• Ensure that all statutory forms, returns and documents are duly filled out with the registrar
• Provide the Board with guidance as to their duties responsibilities and power and on the changes and developments in laws affecting the operations of the bank
• Ensure that board constitution and policies are in place and implemented
