My client, an international boutique search firm based in Central London, is looking for an Executive search professional to join their London Board practice as an Associate.

Working with NGOs, Charities, Arts and Sports bodies and Further and Higher Education establishments, this is an exciting role for a values led Executive Search professional.

Working within a candidate-centric, executive search environment, this role is fundamentally key to the execution of Non-Exec and Board Level positions. On a day-to-day basis, you will build relationships with prospective candidates and clients, continually develop an understanding of the competitive landscape in which clients operate and network with industry sources.
