Provide direct services and assist teachers to address student behavioral needs in the classroom. Help train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and assist with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Collaborate with teachers, staff, principals, and parents to develop strategies that meet student goals. Act as a positive and nurturing guide to support academic and emotional needs of students.
