Overview Location: San Diego, CA Specialty: BCBA Schedule: Monday‐Friday; Remote days available Job Types: Part‐Time, Full‐Time Target Start Date: ASAP Responsibilities Work with students with special needs district‐wide, combining 1:1 and general classroom support. Provide direct services and assist teachers to address student behavioral needs in the classroom. Help train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and assist with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Collaborate with teachers, staff, principals, and parents to develop strategies that meet student goals. Act as a positive and nurturing guide to support academic and emotional needs of students. Qualifications Master's degree (required). BCBA license (required). Strong assessment and analytical skills. Willingness to assist in the learning process of students and work effectively in a team.
