About the Program

The Economic Planning Board (EPB) includes monitoring current and anticipated future economic climates and providing the Jamat with relevant and timely programmatic support in the areas of employment, entrepreneurship, financial literacy and business.



The Board Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of board activities. This includes managing board documentation, coordinating meetings, tracking action items, and supporting communication between members and other stakeholders. The role requires someone who is organized, discreet, responsive, and able to handle multiple priorities with a high level of professionalism.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and supporting materials in advance.

Record accurate and timely minutes during meetings and circulate them for approval.
