Sytner BMW/MINI Sheffield are looking for a motivated and committed Parts Advisor to join our team.

As a Sytner Parts Advisor, you will demonstrate a 'One Team' approach and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers and suppliers. Alongside supporting the day-to-day parts operation, a key part of this role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with our trade customers through regular contact and visits, identifying incremental sales opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service. You will also play a major role in driving accessory sales across all channels, both internally within the dealership and externally with retail and trade customers, helping maximise business growth and customer satisfaction.
