We are seeking a highly capable Senior Service & Small Works BMS Engineer to play a key role in the continued growth of our business. This is not a routine maintenance role — it is an opportunity to take ownership of technically interesting systems, build trusted client relationships, working on projects and directly influence the delivery of service and project work across a growing regional portfolio.

The role combines advanced service engineering with responsibility for identifying, pricing, and delivering improvement works. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, acting as the technical face of the business on site while being fully supported by an experienced operations team.
