<p>The Controls Technician is responsible for the installation, programming, point-to-point checks, commissioning, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance and repair of building automation and HVAC control systems across the Axxon and BMS system fleet. You will work closely with our Controls Engineering team, boiler service mechanics, electrical division, and building operations staff to deliver reliable, efficient, and intelligent building performance. A very important part of your responsibility will be ongoing training &amp; mentorship of entry level technicians. This is a field-first role: most of your time will be spent on-site at properties throughout the NYC metro area, with administrative and programming time based from our Mount Vernon headquarters.</p> <p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><br />
