What You'll Do:

• Assist with planned preventative and reactive maintenance across BMS systems, controls, panels, and associated plant equipment.
• Learn to diagnose faults on building systems, including HVAC, air handling units, boilers, chillers, pumps, and critical alarms.
• Support the maintenance and testing of electrical and mechanical assets such as LV systems, generators, ventilation, emergency lighting, and medical gas systems.
