Position Overview
The objective of this requirement is to improve our current setup across ITSM CMDB Discovery and BMC Client Management (BCM) with a strong focus on IT Asset Management optimization and overall platform efficiency.
We are specifically looking for a resource with the following expertise:
- Strong hands‑on experience in BMC Helix / ITSM.
- In‑depth knowledge of CMDB CI management and BMC Discovery.
- Experience with BMC Client Management (BCM) including software deployment patching and device control.
- Ability to design and optimize workflows, approval processes and service templates (Incident Change Service Request etc.).
- Experience in dashboard creation, reporting and analytics.
- Capability to support ongoing enhancements, issue resolution and automation.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes governance and compliance requirements.
- Relevant BMC certifications (preferred/required).
