Perform donor screening, venipuncture, and blood collection procedures.
Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
Assist in processing, labeling, and storing blood products.
Educate donors on post-donation care and blood donation benefits.
Support transfusion services and coordinate with physicians and laboratory staff.
Maintain accurate donor and blood bank records.
