**LabCorp is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Supervisor to join our Blood Bank team at Ascension St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, TN.**

**Work Schedule:** 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Hours may change based on business needs or at the request of management.

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Supervise theday to dayoperations of theDepartment/Lab Namedepartment

+ Ensure laboratory tests are accuratelyperformedand results are reportedin a timely manner

+ Directly supervise, train, and mentor laboratory personnel of the department

+ Monitor daily workflow in the lab and schedule adequate assay coverage

+ Responsible for ensuring all shifts in the department are properly staffed

+ Research and resolve any production errors while escalating when necessary

+ Engage in continuous process and service level improvements
