LabCorp is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Supervisor to join our Blood Bank team at Ascension St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, TN.

Work Schedule: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Hours may change based on business needs or at the request of management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise theday to dayoperations of theDepartment/Lab Namedepartment

• Ensure laboratory tests are accuratelyperformedand results are reportedin a timely manner

• Directly supervise, train, and mentor laboratory personnel of the department

• Monitor daily workflow in the lab and schedule adequate assay coverage

• Responsible for ensuring all shifts in the department are properly staffed
